ACRES, a successful capital investment firm, enlisted us to achieve two goals for them: to build a brand that embodied their company’s purpose and vision, and to create brand awareness in the broader commercial real estate loan industry, highlighting their expertise, stewardship, and their clients' successes.
The Brand
After immersing ourselves in market research on the bridge and construction loan industry, we found the unique personality and position ACRES held in this arena: they were the firm that followed through on their clients’ visions from beginning to end without fail.
It was from that insight that we developed their new tagline: GET THERE FROM HERE
The Campaign
We followed this new brand look and feel with an aggressive lead-generation marketing campaign targeted to real estate investment firms, developers, and loan representatives using a combination of traditional and digital strategies, including print, online, email marketing, and social media marketing.
After the first three months, the campaign was such a success that new and existing customers began telling Acres, “We see you everywhere.”
